It contains antiseptic and warming properties that help ease jaw pain. Oil of cloves can be found at many drug stores. <br /><br />Give a small massage to the tender area. Rub the muscles along the jaw line, applying gentle pressure to increase blood flow and help relax the muscles.<br /><br />Avoid eating hard and chewy foods.
